I want you back, darling!

I want you to come back to me, my darling
Like Jimmy Carter and Mary Lou Retton want cavities
Like a devout Hindu worshipper wants to eat a Big Mac
Like Bob Dole wants to run for president again
Like the Baltic States want to rejoin the Soviet Union
Like the Kosher deli wants to serve ham sandwiches with a side of bacon
Like the Red Sox want to leave Fenway Park
Like Las Vegas wants to outlaw gambling
Like George Bush wants to eat a plateful of broccolli

How do I love you, darling?  Let me counts the ways....
Hmmmmm..........uh..............well.............nothing to count!
I tried darling, oh well.
